**Role Description/Criteria**
Applications are sought for the full-time fixed term position of eLearning and Information Officer.
**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**
This position requires a people-focused individual with a flair or capacity to bring strong skills regarding communication with compassion, economical multimedia content development and use of systems in an educational context. This role will have a specific emphasis on capacity building, over service delivery.
**MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
The eLearning and Information Officer's major areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
i. Assisting in the development and maintenance of bespoke, in house training materials and programs.
ii. Assisting with the administration of the College's Learning Management Systems (LMS), external content delivery platforms, online test environments and other systems.
iii. Assisting in the planning, development and implementation of learning programs.
iv. Assisting in the creation of rich multimedia assets.
v. Supporting the Director of eLearning with the coordination and delivery of training sessions in both a multi-campus and online environment.
vi. Performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.
