We now have an exciting permanent opportunity for a driven and experienced Sales Support Officer. This position is based in the heart of ADELAIDE and will see your customer service and interpersonal skills shine through to perform in our Sales Support officer position.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Manager - Sales Support & Quoting, your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

- Prepare quotations using information provided and/or self-sourced from approved suppliers
- Confirm stock availability, handle reservations and manage customer and vendor expectations
- Proactive communication, updates and engagement with internal and external customers, including quote follow up, stock levels, and ETA expectations
- Address pre-sale questions and queries from customers and internal teams
- Process Improvement - active involvement in Sales Operations and Optimisation Projects
- Active involvement with maintaining a healthy CRM system

**Skills & Experience**

We are looking for a talented, ambitious individual with a keen interest in IT and desire to learn about the end-to-end sales process. You will be customer focused and an excellent communicator with experience gained from within a professional/corporate environment.

Additionally, you will have the following:

- Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- The ability to work autonomously
- Ability to manage multiple demands of working in a busy and demanding sales environment
- Well organised with a flexible approach to achieving results
- Experience working with CRM systems
