As a Community Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting customers with daily living tasks and promoting independent and holistic lives.
This role involves providing support in everyday activities around the home, assisting with hygiene and personal care, chaperoning activities outside the home environment, and assisting with medication compliance.

Successful applicants will have a minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support and at least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support
* At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
* NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months), & National police clearance, or willingness to obtain
