Overview
ConsultANZ is looking for a Civil Supervisor in Queensland. The project is $2bn of Highway upgrade project in Queensland.
Main Duties
* Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities, including asphalt and chip seal works.
* Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
* Manage site teams, including operators, laborers, subcontractors, and surveyors.
* Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain project progress.
* Assist with planning, reporting, and on-site problem-solving.
Requirements
* +6years experience supervising asphalt and chip seal projects.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to live and work in Rockhampton, QLD.
* Knowledge of civil construction standards and safety regulations.
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
