An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Team Leader – Catering & Utility Services to join the team at Melaleuca Court, Minlaton.
In this key role, you will lead the catering, cleaning, linen, and laundry services to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality support services for residents and staff.
You will coordinate and guide staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain compliance with food safety and infection control standards.
The role may also include performing cooking duties as required.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise catering, cleaning, linen, and laundry teams.
Allocate work priorities, provide guidance, and ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor workplace practices, safety, and compliance with policies.
Support staff training and development.
Maintain records, rosters, and incident reports.
About You Trade qualifications (or equivalent experience) as a Cook.
Proven experience in catering, cleaning, linen, and laundry services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly and maintain high service standards.
