As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective service delivery and staff supervision.
About the Role:
* Ensure all food and beverage served meets brand standards, served at the right time and place
* Become the warm welcome that sets the tone for a memorable guest experience
* Approve time sheets on completion of shift, verifying they are complete and accurate
* Offer assistance to guests with bill issues or local knowledge, looping in management when necessary
* Stay up-to-date with daily events and activities
* Lend a hand to colleagues when needed
* Perform detailed shift handover and closing of the bar
* Maximize revenue through promotion and upselling, as well as training of colleagues
* Support the development of Food & Beverage staff, ensuring training programs meet needs
* Cultivate staff performance through coaching, counseling, and constructive feedback
* Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
