As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse range of roles. This includes partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract high-quality candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Leading full-cycle recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
 * Developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies
 * Providing expert advice on recruitment best practices to hiring managers
 * Building strong internal relationships and contributing to a positive team culture
 * Enhancing the candidate experience and promoting employer brand
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
 * Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally with exposure to permanent and high-volume hiring
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
 * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in onboarding and scheduling
 * A proactive and creative approach to sourcing talent beyond traditional job boards
 * Experience using HRIS systems (preferred)
 * Solid understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation
