What this job involves
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager to join our RESIpm team! In the role, you will work collaboratively within the Team across complex mixed use strata assets.
A snapshot of the role:
* Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
* Manage multiple buildings within the precinct
* Ensure common property areas an Shared Facilities are kept in exceptional presentation
* Provide superior levels of customer service
* Opportunity for leadership role

* Experience in facilities management or building operations and or complex mixed use projects.
* Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded
* Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organisation and close attention to detail
