Service Repair Technician – Carole Park, QLD
We are currently seeking a Service Repair Technician to join our team. The Service Repair Technician will effectively diagnose and repair returned products in accordance with the company manufacturer's warranty and AU regulations to support a best‐in‐class customer experience. Reporting to the Milwaukee QLD Service Manager your duties will include:
* Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis
* Delivering quality repairs within a timely manner
* Continuously improving the warranty and service processes, looking for ways to streamline where possible
* Monitoring repair trends and identifying stock and spare parts requirements
* Ensuring compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures
* Ensuring your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
Skills and Experience Required
* Restricted electrical license or appliance electrical testing licence an advantage, but not essential
* A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
* A strong technical aptitude with problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work to set KPI's and self‐manage time.
* Excellent personal presentation and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills.
