Seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support our practice groups with various administrative duties. The successful candidate will be working closely with very talented and motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Draft correspondence.
* Schedule appointments.
* Organise meetings, travel arrangements & diary management.
* Organise and maintain electronic files.
* Liaise with clients and other third parties.
* Work closely with the Senior Secretary within the practice to assist with daily operation tasks of the group.
Requirements:
* Previous administration or customer service experience.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
* Positive attitude.
