Warranty Advisor Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to support customers with warranty claims for their vehicles. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through the warranty repair process and managing daily operations with our workshop team.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in customer service and/or servicing & repair management, or similar experience in the automotive industry with basic mechanical knowledge.
Key Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills to liaise between customers and the workshop team.
2. Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers when managing outstanding warranty claims.
3. Passion and go-getter attitude to achieve strong customer outcomes.
4. Flexibility to work with new technology platforms.
