This is your invitation to rise above the possible.Job posting end date:Introduction and Team you will belong toThe successful applicant will play a crucial part in managing the allocated Key Account for the Metso Service Business line and achieving Sales targets. They are the guiding principles we expect everyone to act accordingly, and we believe that by living our values we will build a common, thriving culture.The Role Responsibilities:Responsible to deliver profitable business growth from allocated sitesResponsibility to create the relationship with the key people at the site and share those with the organization, connecting key interfacesFocuses on aftermarket business, yet is able to identify the investment/capex opportunities and is responsible to convey the customer requirement to capex salesPlans and has full visibility to the activities of any Metso function.Seeks and coordinates for best resources and channels to be used for customer facing activitiesUnderstands customer business and is capable to discuss Metso added valueDrives site sales activities together with cross organizational site account team and understands customer’s capex and operational expenditure related decisions and buying timetableDemonstrated experience in maintaining and actively utilizing a CRM system, ie SalesforceDrives account planning and implementation (strategy, relationship, site level budgeting, activity plan, sales roadmap and plan)Maintains and shares information of installed base, performance and shutdown schedules and planOrchestrates Customer satisfaction surveys and closed loop activities and ensures continuous improvement activitiesSupports Accounts Receivable and payment collectionsActive member of the Market Area Key Account teamThe successful candidate will possess the following:EssentialExperience must include at least five years of direct selling and/or service to the Pilbara region.Proven track record in achieving sales targets.Intermediate understanding of accounting procedures including profit and loss, budgets and gross margins.Intermediate level of computer literacy in MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint.Must have current motor vehicle license and passport.IT literacy and confidence in utilising CRM systems proactively and regularly.Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time by motor vehicle and commercial flights.Excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.Excellent selling and presentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.DesirableCRM exposure in Salesforce will be highly regarded.We understand that some highly capable candidates might hesitate to apply for a role unless they meet every listed qualification.
