Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced handyman to provide upkeep and maintenance services across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake generalist handy person duties including painting, fillers, mowing, whipper snipping, and weeding.
* Provide support and guidance for external contractors on site.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
* A relevant Certificate III or IV with 2 years of experience, or 3 years of experience in a trade/building maintenance role.
* Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to operate hand/power tools and light machinery.
* Sound understanding of air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
