We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologists to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work within a supportive and flexible environment where therapists are empowered to focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for clients while we handle the administration, invoicing, marketing, and client support.
About the role:
As a Speech Pathologist at Guided Care Solutions, you will provide client-centred therapy services tailored to individual goals and needs. You will work with participants across a range of ages and disabilities, supporting communication, language, social interaction, and swallowing needs where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality speech pathology assessments and interventions
* Develop individualised therapy plans and reports
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and support teams
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Support positive participant outcomes aligned with NDIS goals
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA registration and eligibility to practice in Australia
* ABN
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for delivering person-centred care
