Join a GP Practice in Beautiful Coastal Western Australia
1. Practice Details: Work in a quality-focused mixed billing practice operating from two well-equipped premises near each other, with a broad range of interests including skin cancer, antenatal care, chronic diseases, and geriatrics. Procedural skills are valued but not essential, with training provided if desired.
2. Team and Facilities: Be supported by 12 GPs, 8 experienced nurses, and 14 administrative staff, including a trained diabetes educator. The practice features modern, fully computerized buildings with staff amenities and a comprehensive maintenance program.
3. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with no weekend or public holiday clinics, allowing ample time to enjoy the local coastal environment. Vaccination clinics are scheduled on select Saturdays. Relocation support is negotiable.
4. Location Highlights: Albany, WA, Australia's oldest European settlement, offers stunning coastlines, hinterlands, and a vibrant city life with beaches, water sports, walking tours, and cultural sites. Located 4.5 hours south of Perth, it provides a perfect work-life balance in a picturesque setting.
5. Eligibility and Sponsorship: DPA position with visa sponsorship available. RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (both substantially and partially comparable), GPs with Specialist Registration with AHPRA, and those on fellowship pathways with RACGP or ACRRM are encouraged to apply.
