Key Responsibilities
* Utilise operational expertise to enhance quarry, concrete plant, and logistics performance with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Make critical decisions affecting sales, financial reporting, and cost management within budget.
* Foster strong relationships with customers to drive new business and achieve sales targets.
* Conduct regular market analysis and gather intelligence to identify strategic business opportunities within the region.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and expand the customer base.
* Inspire, motivate, and coach your team to execute strategies effectively and achieve regional goals and objectives.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified or at least 5 years of management experience in quarrying and concrete operations.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business impacts and market dynamics.
* Proficient in managing budgets and monthly P&L statements.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and results.
* Ability to build strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders.
* Adaptable team player who can quickly and effectively solve problems.
