Early Intervention Specialist
We are seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to join our innovative team, co-located with a local authority's Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of families facing complex challenges related to substance use.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in preventing escalation into statutory child protection services by providing support and guidance to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support families facing complex challenges related to substance use
* Provide guidance and assistance to individuals and families
* Work closely with other agencies to deliver effective interventions
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology)
* Experience working with vulnerable populations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
