Role Description
This is a part-time (up to 15 hours a week) remote role as a Support & Resources Team Member. The responsibilities include supporting members with technical bookkeeping assistance our respective through member service channels, as well has providing input into maintaining and contributing to ICB member resource materials. The candidate will play an essential role in providing quality support to bookkeepers and fostering a positive member community.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
* Experience in member support, administrative tasks, or client‐facing roles
* Organisational and time‐management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in digital tools and software, including Microsoft Office, email platforms, and CRM systems
* Commitment to providing exceptional service and supporting member needs
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when working remotely
* Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higher is essential and experience in a bookkeeping, business is a plus
