Job Overview
This business operations position requires an experienced professional to manage vendor relationships, process invoices and payments.
* Vendor Liaison Responsibility
* Processing of Invoices for Payment
* Verify Invoices against Purchase Orders for Goods Receipt
* Weekly and Monthly Reconciliation of Vendor Statements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum one year experience in Business Operations or similar field
* Experience processing high volume of invoices with accuracy
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate records of all vendor communications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
* Certify accurate payment of invoices upon receipt of goods received reports
* Provide weekly/monthly vendor statements and address any discrepancies promptly
