Job Description
We are seeking passionate Personal Carers to join our Community Care Team. If you have a passion for caring and want to empower others to live fully, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Personal Carer, you'll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
* Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
* In-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
* Providing care in accordance with individualised Care Plans
* Supporting with community-based recreational and social activities
* Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Required Skills and Qualifications
Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support is essential. You'll also need a current Australian Driver's Licence and a roadworthy vehicle for work.
