Workload FTE: Full Time
Pay: $80,573-$84,505
Employment Basis: Permanent
Potential for compressed work week (i.e. 9 day fortnight)

St Andrews Lutheran College is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Deputy Principal – Head of Secondary School.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, coordinate key events, manage communications, and contribute to the smooth operation of the Secondary School.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support including calendar and email management, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate key Secondary School events, meetings, and communications.
Liaise with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain accurate records, manage digital systems, and support operational processes.
Collaborate with administrative and academic staff to ensure alignment across the College.
Selection Criteria

Executive Support ExpertiseProven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Communication SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
Organisational and Time Management SkillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Digital LiteracyProficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools.
Experience with school systems such as TASS is highly desirable.
Event and Meeting CoordinationExperience planning and executing events, managing logistics, catering, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Initiative and Problem-SolvingA proactive approach to improving systems and processes, with sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Team CollaborationAbility to work effectively with administrative and academic staff, contributing to a cohesive and professional school environment.
Confidentiality and ProfessionalismCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and representing the College positively in all interactions.
Commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the College, with the ability to support its mission and contribute positively to its community life.
