In this role, you will act as a frontline troubleshooter, providing excellent sales skills and resolving issues for customers over the phone or email. This role will also assist with showroom responsibilities, including demonstrating product trials, offering exceptional face-to-face customer support, and more.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Branch Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential
* Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
* Ability to analyze situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities
* Greet customers, virtually and physically, delivering excellent customer service with a sales-focused approach, encouraging positive and strong rapport
* Maintain showroom inventory and presentation as required
* Create purchase orders with relevant clients, prepare quotes, and invoicing
* Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently
* Learn and stay up-to-date with our products and services, using this knowledge to enhance customer experience
* Demonstrate product trials with customers in the showroom to enhance customer experience
* Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing
