BYD Fremantle are looking for a highly motivated Inventory Clerk with exceptional organisational skills to join our administration team. This full‐time role supports key dealership functions including inventory management, debtors and creditors, and basic accounting activities. Reporting to the BYD Brand Manager, you will form part of the broader administration team and play a central role in ensuring dealership operations run efficiently and compliantly across vehicle and financial processes.

What you will be doing:

* Manage new vehicle inventory records
* Costing and invoicing workshop jobs
* Reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders
* Archive documentation
* Support Stock control team through data entry
* Assist reporting and ad hoc tasks
* Complete licensing and Department of Transport compliance requirements
* Organise daily transport and vehicle movements

Skills & Experience:

* Previous dealership administration or inventory experience highly regarded
* Exposure to dealer management systems such as Pentana or ERA advantageous
* Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
* Intermediate Excel capability
* Well organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams
* Ability to work to deadlines in a compliance‐driven environment
* Willingness to learn basic accounting processes
* Australian working rights
