The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our People and Culture team. This is a busy hands‑on role with plenty of variety. One moment you are leading recruitment and onboarding, the next you are supporting WHS and cultural initiatives, providing HR advice to leaders, coordinating performance management or working with external stakeholders to manage our work experience, graduate, internship and traineeship programs.
This position is full-time and located in our Townsville office.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role you will have :
* Demonstrated experience in a senior HR or management role
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar
* Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (desired)
* Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator Qualification (desired)
* Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, leadership, policy development, presentation and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and a strong compliance focus
* High agility and ability to adapt positively to change
