Role Overview
The Producer works closely with the Senior Producer to develop and deliver STC's domestic touring program, coordinate co-productions with peer theatre companies, and line produce a number of mainstage productions each year across STC's venues at the Wharf, Roslyn Packer Theatre and the Drama Theatre, Sydney Opera House.

What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in theatre producing including budget control, production logistics, and liaison with co‐producers.
* Experience developing and managing tours and/or musical theatre is highly desirable.
* Experience in drafting contracts and contract administration.
* Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully interact with professional associates, employees, and sponsors.
* A willingness to self‐direct and prioritise workload in a busy work environment.
* Excellent attention to detail, process management, and systematic approach to work.
* A dynamic approach to problem‐solving.
* Solution orientated with a willingness to get the job done.
* An appreciation of the art form of theatre, especially in an Australian context.
