The Opportunity EBOS Healthcare has a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Key Account Manager to join our dedicated Aged Care sales team. In this role, you will take ownership of a defined customer portfolio covering the Sydney South/East territory, driving sales and margin growth through strategic relationship management and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.
Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, you will contribute to the commercial growth of the Aged Care division, enhancing market share and profitability while ensuring alignment with EBOS Healthcare's strategic initiatives and policies.
A key focus of this role is partnering with Procurement Managers to operationalise and embed secured contracts. You will take full ownership of the account once a deal is locked in—ensuring seamless implementation and driving contract compliance through to the next tender cycle.
What You Will Do
* Relationship Management: Execute strategic planning for key customer accounts to ensure long-term loyalty and partnership.
* Supplier Collaboration: Support key supplier relationships and drive mutually beneficial initiatives.
* Growth Strategy: Deliver and implement growth strategies focused on expanding market presence in new and evolving segments.
* Commercial Oversight: Conduct commercial assessments of customer contracts and monitor overall business performance.
* Financial Performance: Achieve budgeted Net Sales Value (NSV), Gross Profit (GP), and margin targets.
Who You Are
* Experience: Proven track record in senior account management or sales management roles.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience within Aged Care, Healthcare, or a related field essential.
* Capability: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
* Influence: Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Acumen: Robust financial and commercial acumen to drive profitable outcomes.
