About the Opportunity
Our organisation is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team, providing exceptional in-person therapy services to communities in need. With 7 clinics across Queensland and New South Wales, we're committed to improving rural access to allied health services.

Responsibilities:
* Assessing and designing personalised intervention services and therapy plans for various needs, including paediatrics, home modifications, vocational rehabilitation, disability, neurological rehabilitation, and aged care.
* Collaborating with allied health professionals and local primary healthcare teams to achieve client goals within base clinic and outreach locations.
* Preparing and presenting information sessions for educators, parents, and other professionals.
* Providing services under NDIS, DVA, WC, Medicare, PHN, Checkup, Aged Care Packages among others.
* Actively engaging in weekly multi-disciplinary case conferences for complex NDIS clients.
* Drawing on hands-on therapy and coaching clients in alternative techniques to advance motor skills, coordination, balance, and mobility.
* Facilitating transformative advancements in rural healthcare and community education by actively engaging in events and providing authoritative leadership on social media within the field of Occupational Therapy.
* Creating and executing plans for clients aimed at enhancing their daily routines and tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek individuals with 1-4 years of experience managing a clinical caseload or new graduates looking to start their careers. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing services in rural, remote, and indigenous communities to make a meaningful impact with their career.
