Holiday Property Service (HPS) is a trusted cleaning company specialising in
short-term and holiday accommodation. We work closely with property
managers and property owners to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning
services within strict turnaround timeframes.
Our reputation is built on reliability, attention to detail, and strong operational
systems. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an Operations
Supervisor to support daily operations and help maintain service standards
across all properties and teams.
The Role
This is a hands-on operational role, working closely with the Operations
Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery of services. You will assist with
coordinating cleaning teams, conducting quality control, and resolving
operational issues as they arise.
You will be expected to work independently within your scope while
escalating issues appropriately. This role is well suited to someone who thrives
in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, particularly during peak holiday
periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff and team leaders
- Conduct and assist with quality inspections to ensure HPS standards are
met
- Respond to last-minute changes, urgent cleans, and operational issues
- Assist with daily coordination of cleaning schedules and staff allocation
- Communicate professionally with property managers and internal office
staff
* Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational tasks
About You
- Proven experience in an operations or supervisory role
(experience in cleaning, hospitality, or accommodation is essential)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality outcomes
- Confident, professional communicator with staff and clients
- Fluent in English (Spanish language skills are a strong advantage)
- Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel between properties
Right to Work Requirement
- Proof of visa status and right to work in Australia will be required prior
to employment
Salary & Engagement Structure
- Initial engagement may commence on an ABN / contractor basis (paid
per day)
