Our client, who is looking to fill a warehouse/storeperson role in Malaga, WA is essentially looking for someone who can handle day-to-day warehouse operations, forklift work, stock control, and order dispatch in a welding and industrial supplies business.
What you'll be doing
* Receiving and putting away stock deliveries
* Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
* Loading/unloading trucks
* Operating a forklift safely
* Stocktakes and inventory control
* Preparing freight and shipping paperwork
* Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety
* Assisting customers in collecting orders
* Working with sales and customer service teams
Pay and conditions
* Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
* $40.00/hour plus overtime penalties
* Weekly pay
* Superannuation
* Ongoing role with potential permanent employment
Essential requirements
* Driver's licence and reliable transport
* Forklift licence
* Previous warehouse/storeperson experience
* Physically fit and able to pass medical assessment and drug and alcohol screening
* Clean National Police Clearance
* Living locally to Malaga, WA
* Full unrestricted Australian working rights
