Supporting Independence for Older Australians
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide in-home care services to support older Australians live independently at home.
The role involves travelling between clients, providing domestic assistance, meal preparation, personal care, health monitoring, daily hygiene, community access to medical appointments and social activities, and daily tasks and routines support.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and families while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with third-party insurance.
* Strong communication skills, relationship building, and a passion for helping the ageing community.
* First Aid and CPR Certificate obtained prior to employment.
Candidates must pass pre-employment checks, including National Criminal History Record Check and Aged Care Statutory Declaration.
