* Build business development activities to establish strong customer relationships.
* Collaborate with clients to identify their financial needs and create tailored loan solutions.
* Develop approval request documents for loans up to $75MM in credit exposure.
* Analyze credit opportunities and determine the best course of action.
* Establish loan structures, products, and terms within established lending limits.
* Monitor current loans and credit lines for compliance with loan terms and bank policies.
* Advanced sales and marketing skills
* Proficiency in credit legal documentation
* Able to review and evaluate documentation for risk
* Experience with regulatory and due diligence requirements
* Commitment to updating job knowledge
* Understanding of banking operations and the credit process
* Strong organizational, reasoning, and communication skills
* Self-motivated and independent with multi-tasking abilities
* Proficient in PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Able to establish effective working relationships
