The ideal candidate will provide expert support for SAP HR, ensuring the smooth operation of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
This role involves responding to incidents, resolving issues, implementing configuration changes, and monitoring HR workflows.
The consultant will also support payroll applications and workforce planning tasks.This role can be performed from any of the following EY offices: Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, & Brisbane, with frequent travel to Canberra.
Our roles can potentially be adjusted for flexible work arrangements with reduced hours.
Please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilitiesProvide HCM functional support for SAP HR, addressing incidents and resolving issues promptly.Implement configuration changes to enhance system functionality and user experience.Monitor HR workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.Support payroll applications, including running payroll processes, managing master data, and handling reporting queries.Create and manage wage types in SAP HR system.Assist with workforce planning support tasks, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.Train staff on SAP HR system functionalities, providing guidance and support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR processes.Stay updated on SAP HR best practices and trends to improve support services.What we look forBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in HCM functional support, specifically with SAP HR.Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR workflows, and workforce planning.Excellent problem-solving skills and incident response capabilities.Experience configuring SAP HR modules and managing wage types.Strong communication and training skills for conveying complex information.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.Australian citizenship, enabling the ability to obtain baseline security clearance for client work.Ideally, you'll have the skills and attributes below, but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
