We’re partnering with a leading private oncology organisation to find a passionate and patient-focused Pharmacist to join their modern, purpose-built clinic in Wollongong.
This role has become available due to an internal transfer – a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-supported, highly collaborative environment where your work directly impacts patient outcomes.
Working Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, evidence-based oncology services while working closely with Oncologists, Nurses, and a broader multidisciplinary team.

What you’ll be doing
- Conduct clinical reviews of patients and oncology protocols
- Dispense and check medications in line with PBS regulations
- Complete medication reconciliation and assist with stock and inventory management
- Provide education and counselling to patients
- Support clinical trials and compassionate access programs
- Participate in research, quality assurance, and Oncology AMS activities
- Attend Site Selection and Initiation Visits
- Review and follow clinical trial protocols relating to IP compounding and accountability
- Compound aseptic cytotoxic and non-cytotoxic products in a laminar flow hood
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Oncologists and the wider medical team
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or higher) with current AHPRA registration
- Previous oncology and/or hospital pharmacy experience (highly regarded)
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient-focused care
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Confidence using computer systems – experience with MOSAIQ or IPharmacy desirable
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality oncology care
