Regional Sales Manager Position
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager.
In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth and profit maximization across regional NSW. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributor networks, developing and implementing effective regional sales plans, and achieving sales targets.
1. Maintain and enhance customer relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.
2. Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including promotions and incentives tailored to specific market segments.
3. Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding regional sales targets, including budgeted tonnes and average sales prices.
4. Provide timely and accurate market insights to the National Sales Manager, ensuring informed decision-making.
5. Optimize operating expenses, including travel, communication, and promotional activities, to maximize efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you must have a rural background, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations. Experience in selling rural products is highly valued, and familiarity with wire products and industry standards is an asset.
