About the Role
* This role is based across all MGC active project sites in and around Perth, WA
* Full Time, Permanent
* $120,000-$170,000pa + Super
* Supervision and direction of project team members
* Performing quality assurance and risk management
* Planning, executing, monitoring and closing of all works
* Working within the project budget
* Conducting status review meetings with project team members
* Management of Sub-Contractors onsite
* Ensuring all site personnel adhere to company policies
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience gained in the Perth metropolitan area managing civil subdivisions
* Possess a broad knowledge of Civil Construction activities & industry standards
* Show a robust dedication to maintaining and enforcing Quality Assurance and Workplace Health & Safety practices on site
* The ability to build a positive relationship with the client, subcontractors and project team members
* Proven leadership, management and communication skills
* Computer literacy and well-developed verbal and written skills
* Full Drivers Licence & White Card
