As we continue to grow nationally and internationally, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence, digital performance, and consumer engagement across all channels.

About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on marketing leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the Sensuous brand strategy across brand marketing, e-commerce, digital, PR, and activations.
You will own the end-to-end marketing function — from brand storytelling and campaign development to performance-driven digital execution — ensuring Sensuous remains a trusted, relevant, and culturally resonant leader in sexual health and wellness.
The role suits someone who can balance creative brand building with commercial outcomes, and who is confident navigating a sensitive category with intelligence, empathy, and authority.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Marketing
* Own and evolve the Sensuous brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
* Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (brand, product, seasonal)
* Manage above-the-line activity including print, outdoor, radio, and broader media partnerships
* Deliver brand activations, launches, and experiential initiatives that drive awareness and engagement
* Ensure all messaging aligns with regulatory requirements and brand tone
E-commerce & Website Management
* Oversee Sensuous' e-commerce performance, website content, and customer journey
* Partner with developers and designers to optimise UX, conversion, and site performance
* Manage product launches, promotions, and merchandising strategies online
* Use data and insights to drive continual improvement across the website experience
Digital & Social Marketing
* Lead organic and paid digital marketing across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Google, and emerging channels
* Develop social media strategies that blend education, community, storytelling, and conversion
* Oversee content calendars, creative direction, and performance optimisation
* Manage budgets, reporting, and ROI for paid digital campaigns
Influencers, Podcasts & Partnerships
* Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships aligned with Sensuous' values
* Lead podcast partnerships, sponsorships, and content integrations
* Build long-term relationships that drive credibility, trust, and reach in the sexual wellness space
PR & Communications
* Lead PR strategy including media outreach, press releases, product launches, and thought leadership
* Manage agency partners and media relationships
* Position Sensuous as an expert voice in sexual health, wellness, and intimacy
* Support crisis and issues management where required
Leadership & Collaboration
* Manage and mentor internal team members and external agencies
* Work closely with product, regulatory, sales, and leadership teams
* Own budgets, timelines, and performance reporting across marketing channels

About You
You are a strategic, commercially minded marketer with strong brand instincts and deep digital experience. You're confident working in a sensitive category and understand how to balance education, credibility, and creativity.
You'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing or brand management role
* Proven experience in brand marketing, e-commerce, and digital performance
* Strong expertise across social media (paid & organic), influencers, and content
* Experience managing PR, above-the-line campaigns, and brand activations
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfort working in regulated or wellness-led categories (health, beauty, FMCG preferred)
Experience in sexual health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is highly regarded.
