The Key Element of Our Supply Function
We are looking for a detail-driven and collaborative planner to join our dynamic supply team. This 14-month contract will see you play a key part in driving a world-class demand planning function that connects brands to their sales targets and customers to their favourite products across an omnichannel network.
Responsibilities:
* Drive continuous improvement in demand forecasting to achieve accuracy and customer availability targets.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver robust sales forecasts and manage demand through product lifecycles.
* Lead demand reviews and build consensus across stakeholders.
* Champion data accuracy and system optimisation within JE (Just Enough) and related planning tools.
* Build collaborative relationships with brand partners, providing insights and forecasting support including NPD.
Requirements:
* You're an analytical thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for driving results through collaboration and data.
* Balance autonomy with teamwork, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine approach.
* Bring a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
* Have 3+ years' experience in planning, merchandise management or supply chain within retail or FMCG.
* Be skilled in advanced Excel capability.
* Have knowledge of merchandise management and / or supply chain systems.
* Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset.
