Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our compliance and risk management efforts. This role will be responsible for strengthening corporate governance, implementing best-practice compliance, and ensuring alignment with legislative obligations.
This position requires a strong background in governance, compliance, risk, or fraud management, as well as excellent judgement and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership experience and a Bachelor degree in a related field.
About the Role
This position reports to the Governance Compliance and Risk Manager and is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of compliance and risk outcomes. The successful candidate will oversee internal audit workplans, complaints management, gifts and benefits registers, and compliance health checks.
What You Will Bring
* Bachelor degree in Commerce, Law, Business, Risk Management, Governance, or related discipline
* Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in governance, compliance, risk, fraud, or complaints management
* Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience
* Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation and policies in complex compliance roles
