**The Opportunity**
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for Project and Change Delivery Officers to join the Delivery and Change branch. Based in Brisbane, this is a 12 month contract with a possibility of extension.
Working within the Delivery and Change branch, the Project and Change Delivery Officers have responsibilities for providing detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.
**Key responsibilities**
- Team leadership and management responsibilities requiring the setting of priorities and managing workflows of a team.
- Maintaining project documents including; reporting dashboards and databases, risk and issues registers and document management.
- Maintaining project and plan schedules monitoring deadlines for each task and reporting any identified or potential delays.
- Preparing and contributing to change management planning and strategy and approach.
- Preparing project and change documentation, presentations, and data analysis.
- Leading and supporting special projects and continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team.
- Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports and ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to standards and frameworks.
