About the Role
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our residential property sales nationwide. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identifying, establishing, managing and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners, including real estate agents, financial advisors and other stakeholders.
* Developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Setting and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through collaboration with channel partners.
* Providing regular sales reporting and updates to the sales leadership team.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation through our channel partners.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the residential property, real estate, or construction sectors.
* Proven success in building and managing partnerships and channel sales.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
* Familiarity with the property market and industry trends.
