**About the Role**
As a Site Supervisor, you're initial responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all construction activities are delivered as safely and efficiently as possible and without compromising on quality.
- Ensure efficient allocation and management of human and plant and equipment resources.
- Managing self-preformed bulk earthworks activities across multiple projects on one site.
- Managing lining, concrete and drainage subcontractors.
- Implementing and monitoring HSEQ requirements.
**About You**
The objective of the Site Supervisor is to safely and efficiently manage the day to day operations of the project site. To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Supervisor or Foreman.
- Bulk earthworks expertise including expert use of earthmoving plant and equipment.
- Experience operating Topcon GPS rovers and machine control systems.
- Experience delivering construction projects in the landfill and quarry sectors.
