ABOUT THE ROLE
This exciting role, based in Wangaratta, reports to the Program Manager Rural Health Team and will provide timely and flexible services to eligible clients under the Home and Community Care Program for Young People (HACC–PYP), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Programs as well as NDIS and other Fee for Service streams.
Working as part of an established and supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct and comprehensive high-quality and evidence-based physiotherapy services to clients.
ABOUT YOU
In order to succeed in this role, you will have:
* A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist
* Demonstrated experience in community health physiotherapy and in working within a multidisciplinary team
* Understanding of capacity building and self-management approaches to health to promote independence for clients or carers
* Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practice
