About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CHPP Administrator to join and support the Centurion mine's CHPP department. Reporting directly to the Manager Prep Plant, you will play an integral role in supporting the site's CHPP team and will work in a dynamic, cost‐effective and efficient environment, ensuring business practices are followed and continuous improvements introduced.
Duties
* Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, work orders and defect notifications
* Fuel reconciliations, oil sample data entry and dispatch
* Light vehicle service and repair scheduling
* Coordinate onboarding of new starters including induction bookings and uniform orders
* Kronos (Time/Leave Management) administration and user support
* Timesheet reconciliations
* Assist with EOM reports, including safety reports, statutory reports and department statistics
* Work collaboratively with other site administrators
* SAP data entry and data management
Qualifications
* Demonstrated administration experience preferably within a CHPP plant or mining environment
* Experience with SAP essential
* Demonstrated ability to navigate and use internal databases and computer programs
* Ability to follow company policies and procedures
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail coupled with problem‐solving ability
* Demonstrated commitment to safety as a way of life
* A Certificate in Business Administration would be advantageous but is not essential
Schedule & Working Conditions
This position is offered on a 9‐day fortnight (Mon‐Fri / Mon‐Thurs) roster with one rostered day off every other week for residential applicants in the Mackay, Nebo, Moranbah, Clermont area. DIDO options are available to allow for a residential lifestyle with full camp facilities.

Job Summary
Provides general administrative support to help the respective department(s) meet Peabody's vision, goals and plans.

Experience
* 2 – 6 years of relevant professional experience required
Physical Requirements - Surface Environment
* Must have the ability to stand for up to 4 hours per shift
* Must have the ability to be seated for up to 4 hours to operate equipment or vehicles
* Must have the ability to work from elevated positions, walk/climb up and down stairs/steps and climb on/off equipment and ladders
* Must have the ability to wear required protective footwear, hearing and eye protection and other personal protective equipment as required by Company and MSHA
* Must have the ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions (push, pull, twist, handle) and have rapid reflex movements of the arms/legs and good hand‐to‐eye coordination
* Must have the ability to lift/raise 10 – 50 lbs. without mechanical assistance frequently during the work shift
* Must have the ability to work in extreme conditions, including but not limited to changing weather conditions, dust, mud, varying levels of noise, varying degrees of light/dark, artificial light and in a confined work area
* Must have the ability to work various shifts (required shifts include days, evenings and nights, with rotating schedules, weekends and holidays)
Physical Requirements - Underground Environment
* Must have the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time on uneven, rocky surfaces for up to the entire length of the shift
* Must have the ability to be seated for up to 4 hours to operate equipment or vehicles
* Must have the ability to walk for up to 4 hours at a time. Will be required to walk through different sections of the mine with varying degrees of clearance and headroom
* Must have the ability to wear required protective footwear, hearing and eye protection and other personal protective equipment as required by Company and MSHA
* Must have the ability to bend or stoop for a full work period as a result of mine height
* Must have the ability to climb up and down stairs/steps and climb on/off equipment and laddersMust have the ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions (push, pull, twist, handle) and have rapid reflex movements of the arms/legs and good hand‐to‐eye coordination
* Must have the ability to lift 25 – 50 lbs. on a frequent basis and the ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 80 lbs.
* Must have the ability to work in extreme conditions, including but not limited to changing weather conditions, dust, mud, varying levels of noise, varying degrees of light/dark, artificial light and in a confined work area
* Must have the ability to work various shifts (required shifts include days, evenings and nights, with rotating schedules, weekends and holidays)

* Must have the ability to sit for up to 8 hours
* Must be able to use a computer and communicate effectively in various forms, including email and by phone
* Must have the ability to review paper and electronic documents and complete computer entry of data from paper documents
* Must be able to find, remove and return files to/from file cabinets and discuss issues by telephone and in person
* Must be able to operate copier, fax machine, etc.
Education
* High School Degree or GED Equivalent required
