Position: Licensed Asbestos Removalist

We are small, dynamic boutique company, seeking an experienced and licensed Asbestos Removalist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe identification, removal, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials from residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct safe removal of asbestos materials following EPA and state regulations
* Set up containment areas and decontamination units
* Use specialized equipment, including negative air machines and HEPA vacuums
* Ensure proper packaging and disposal of asbestos waste
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
* Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Essential Requirements:
* Valid Class B Asbestos Removal Ticket
* White Card (required)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in asbestos removal
* Strong understanding of EPA and OSHA regulations
* Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces
* Current driver's license
* Clear background check
