Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to partner with families, friends and carers in your community. The role involves providing 1:1 support to participants through tailored action plans, addressing their unique support needs and contributing to their overall health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support to participants around key areas of challenge
* Facilitate network meetings and deliver group intervention training and courses to strengthen carers' ability to sustain their caring role
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of the mental health system and its impact on families and carers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
