Permanent part-time positions are available, covering both day and night shifts. Set rosters will be discussed with successful applicants. Respect also hashome care servicesin multiple states, and more than 700 units in differentretirement villages and independent living communities.The Position:As an Enrolled Nurse (EN) at Respect, you will be responsible for delivering safe and competent clinical nursing care to residents while adhering to the standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the health and well-being of our residents.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Compile a comprehensive history from residents and/or family members to identify care needs by participating in resident admissions and ongoing assessments.Maintain a high level of documentation which accurately reflects care delivery.Assist to implement, contribute to and evaluate resident care plans as directed by your supervisor.Administer medications to residents and assume responsibility for correct ordering, storage and documentation procedures in accordance with the organisation's policies and procedures.To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.Requirements:Successful completion of a minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent.Minimum 1 years post graduate experience,preferably in aged care.Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.Current National Police Certificate(or ability to acquire).Knowledge of the standards required by the government for the delivery of aged care.An understanding of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.Strong clinical and documentation skills.An understanding of the aged care accreditation process
