Remuneration: $58.83 – $60.76 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging
The CNS will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence‐based pain management to patients across a complex clinical setting, including elective and emergency surgery, trauma, and referral from specialty units.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide safe, evidence‐based, person‐centred care and education to patients with acute and chronic non‐cancer pain, working collaboratively with patients, families, and carers to achieve health goals. Coordinate timely provision of high‐quality, cost‐effective care across the continuum, and support positive health outcomes for patients in a dynamic environment. The position reports directly to the Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery.

Essential Requirements
* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, relevant post‐registration qualifications, and at least 3 years' experience in pain management of a post‐graduate qualification, or other appropriate qualifications or equivalent experience deemed suitable.
* Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience in pain management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent clinical reasoning and problem‐solving skills.
* A compassionate and patient‐centred approach to care delivery.
