Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our compliance frameworks.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining compliance registers, policies, procedures, and documentation. You will also be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and internal compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate digital records and manage large volumes of documentation.
* Oversee document control systems, version management, and retrieval processes.
Administrative Support
* Manage shared mailboxes and general compliance correspondence.
* Draft, format, and review reports and documentation.
Collaboration and Communication
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to help meet compliance obligations.
* Liaise with external consultants and suppliers, including quotes and progress tracking.
Requirements
* Experience in compliance administration, data management, or similar support roles.
* Strong administrative and clerical capability.
* Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
* Experience with document management systems and shared inboxes.
