Job Title: Batch Plant Supervisor
The role involves overseeing the efficient operation of concrete batching plants to meet customer expectations and production requirements. Safety is a top priority, with an emphasis on ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and operating within approved specifications.
* Daily pre-starts must be completed by all personnel, and maintenance records should be up-to-date.
* Effective management of plant and equipment costs is necessary for delivering high utilization.
* Maintenance tasks should be carried out in-house where possible to minimize downtime.
* Stock control and ordering of batch plant materials are critical responsibilities.
* Supporting the Project Manager with scheduling maintenance for P&E and trucks is essential.
* Driving agitator Trucks when required.
* Driving Front End Loader when required.
* Batching orders accurately to meet specified mix designs is crucial.
* Allocating trucks efficiently to ensure smooth operations for the regional group and customers.
* Overseeing day-to-day administration at the batch site.
Essential Requirements:

* Front End Loader Ticket
* Knowledge & Experience as a Supervisor in a Similar Role and/or Supervisory Competencies
* Previous Working Experience in Concrete Technical Roles
* Knowledge & Experience with Estimating, Sales, and Marketing
* Knowledge & Experience of WHS Requirements
* Knowledge & Experience of Legislation Requirements Including but Not Limited to Environmental
* Ability to Pass Medicals and Inductions as Requested and Required
* 2/1 Roster
