A dynamic and forward-thinking education and training organisation committed to empowering individuals and businesses through learning require the immediate assistance of an experienced Accounts Receivable and Credit Officer to join their Finance team on an initial 3 month assignment with a view for a longer term or permanent role. Currently experiencing exponential growth through diversification and acquisition, they deliver high- quality training programs that equip learners with the skills, confidence and industry knowledge to succeed in their chosen career paths.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
* Full function Accounts Receivable
* Banking, receipting and allocating payments
* Dealing with and setting up direct debits
* Bank reconciliations, student account reconciliations, government funding reconciliations
* Dealing with large data sets in a number of systems
* Credit control and Debtor management
About you
The successful applicant will have/be,
* Experienced in Full function Accounts Receivable and Credit control
* Familiar working in high volume environments
* Strong reconciliation and problem solving skills
* Strong systems experience and Excel skills
* Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to initiate process improvements
